Please proceed as follows: - Login to your customer online interface - select the respective domain/s and choose in the "Drop-Down Box" below the respective action. In this case "configure domains". - Note: CNAMES can only be added in SUB Domains, so you first have to add / choose a sub domain, to enter the CNAME.
