The domain cannot be connected to the rented Webspace Please check if the desired domain is registered in the respective customer account. In order to use Webspace, the domain has to be registered with domaindiscount24.com.

My domain does not resolve under “www”, even though the Webspace has been configured In this case, you have to additionally assign webspace to your “www” Subdomain,

e.g. you can place the domain in the same directory. (Unfortunately we do not offer a “Catch-All” function in this case!).
