Create Mailboxes

Depending on the respective capacity of Webspace you have a specific number of Mailboxes available. You are able to assign names to each Mailbox.

You can create up to 5 Email-addresses for each Mailbox. Simply click on the [+]-symbol, enter the desired email-address and generate a password. This information is effective as login information for the access to your email-box.

Please note, that you can only create email-addresses for domains which are actually in your customer account. This means that after registering your desired domain e.g. www.promo.cd you can create email-addresses such as info@musterdomain123.com, me@ musterdomain123.com or *@ musterdomain123.com (Catch All Address). The Email- Addresses within one mailbox do not have to be generated from the same domain name. They can be created from different domains, which are in your customer-account.

Catch-ALL Addresses (*@YourName.com) can be used for every domain without any difficulties. Please make sure, however, that you specify at least one email-address per Mailbox, otherwise you will not be able to log on. Furthermore please note that the Catch- All Address can only be used to receive emails and not to send them.

Generally your mailboxes will be active 2 hours after the completion of your configuration.
