Capacity of Mailboxes

After the creation of your mailboxes, you always have the possibility of checking your current occupied mail capacity (Space Quota), as well as the number of emails (File Quota). By clicking on the slider symbol you are able to split your Mailspace capacity between your mailboxes as desired.

You are able to receive emails through each common Mailprogram, such as Microsoft Outlook or Netscape Messenger. Simply create a new email account with the respective Email-Address (=Accountname) and the password you have specified in your customeronline- interface.

Please note the following: Server for incoming emails (IMAP-or POP3-Server): imap.dd24.net or pop3.dd24.net Server for outgoing emails (SMTP-Server): smtp.dd24.net

Please note: You always have to retrieve your emails first, then you will be able to send messages! (POP-before-SMTP)
